Pelvic Pain

Pelvic Pain is any pain in the pelvic area due to any reason.  These could be pain with sexual intercourse, tampon insertion, pain with urge to urinate or bladder filling, pain with bowel movement, or pain in the pelvic area unrelated to activities.  There are many causes of pelvic pain and for each person that cause may be different or may be a combination of different causes.  Because pelvic pain can be due to any number of issues within and outside of the pelvis, a thorough evaluation is an absolute must to find the root cause of the problem!  Contact us if you have questions, and to schedule a comprehensive evaluation and highly effective treatments.

Chronic pain is any pain that lasts longer than 6 months or longer than the expected time for the injured tissue to heal.  In chronic pain, the pain is not just in the tissues but also becomes a manifestation of the brain.  In this case, it is crucial to treat not only the tissues but also train the brain to alleviate the pain.  Contact us for a comprehensive evaluation and unique and effective treatment techniques.
