PT Aide position

We are looking for a capable, efficient Physical Therapy Aide, part-time for my physical therapy clinic-Resonance Physical Therapy.
As a physical therapy aide, you will be an integral part of our clinic, working closely with our physical therapists to help them provide top-quality patient care.
Resonance Physical Therapy & Wellness is a well established clinic that provides holistic care for pelvic floor, scoliosis and spine health issues. Our clients are very active and want to remain active doing activities they love to do. And we help them achieve that goal. Regular Duties and Tasks:

Prioritize tasks and work within project timelines.

Scan, file paperwork as needed.

Stocking and maintaining inventory of clinic supplies.

Keeping clinic storage and the clinic, in general, well organized.

Communicate with patients and team members effectively and with understanding and empathy.

Being a grammar, spelling, and punctuation champion in written communication.

Take complete self responsibility for work performance.

Follow through with directions from immediate supervisor and team members.

Ironing, folding laundry; stocking laundry in treatment rooms.

Office Cleaning.

Occasionally call patients, answer phone calls, respond to patient queries.

Occasionally grabbing lunch.
-
Helping with setting up workshops and online and onsite classes.
-
Just being awesome in general and proactively thinking of things that could make a huge difference to the way we serve the community and the way the business runs.
What you must be able to do
Qualifications / Requirements
-
Pre-Physical Therapy, Kinesiology major or interest in Physical Therapy preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent-minimum requirement.

Flexible working hours

Be excited to work in a healthcare environment

Be detail oriented and focused.
-
Ability to bend, pull, push, reach, walk, lift heavy with proper body mechanics, coordination.

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and / or Google Doc, Sheets.
-
Able to commute from and to work reliably.
-
Be dependable and consistent in work performance.
